On Thursday, April 24, 2008, at approximately 12:24 A.M. Deputy Allen Edwards of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office was on patrol near the Possum Grape area when he approached a vehicle which taillight was not working. Deputy Edwards initiated a traffic stop on this vehicle and came into contact with Kimberly Marie Mosier,42, of Bradford. While talking with Mosier, Deputy Edwards was able to locate through the back window a black air tank located in the floorboard behind the passengers side seat. Deputy Edwards noticed that the spout on the air tank was altered. Deputy Edwards also recovered (8) eight white pills later identified to be hydrocodone. Deputy Edwards placed Mosier under arrest for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mosier is being held in the Jackson County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing. |
