On Friday, April 11, 2008, Investigator Ricky Morales was contacted by the Tuckerman School District that a nine-year-old child came to school with severe injuries. Investigator Morales arrived at the Tuckerman Elementary School and spoke with school officials. After interviewing several subjects, Bradley F. Sullins was later arrested by Investigator Morales and Tuckerman School Resource Officer Angie McGee.
On Monday, April 14, 2008, Bradley F. Sullins of Tuckerman appeared in front of Newport District Judge Barbara Griffin for the offences of Battery in the Second Degree, Battery in the Third Degree, False Imprisonment in the first degree, First Degree Assault on a Family or Household member, Possession of drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of an Order of Protection. Mr. Sullins bond was set at $50,000.00 and is ordered to appear in Jackson County Circuit Court on April 29, 2008.
